Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organised Performance Centre Supervisor and Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our dynamic Sports Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Performance Centre, ensuring safe and effective use of equipment, and maintaining a clean and organised environment. This role supports the Head of Sports Science in implementing S&C programmes, assists pupils with their training, and supervises individual and team sessions, including those held before school and during lunchtimes.
Hours
Term-time only (34 weeks), 2 weekdays (Monday and Friday) typically 7am – 3pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. Later shifts may be required as agreed with the Director of Sport. Saturdays, 8:30am – 1:30pm or 11:00am – 5:00pm with a half-hour unpaid break.
