Performing Arts Administrator, Prep

Part-Time (0.45 FTE), Term-Time Only

We are seeking an organised and proactive Performing Arts Administrator to support the Music and Drama departments at St Paul's Prep. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and an interest in the performing arts.

You will play a key role in coordinating timetables, supporting concerts and productions, managing communications with staff and parents, and assisting with the launch of a new Speech and Drama programme in September 2026.

Salary: Competitive salary + benefits.

Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week (full-time working week 37.5 hours). Term-time only working hours are 8:00am-4:30pm. Some evening and weekend work may be required to support events.

Working Pattern: Tuesday and Thursday as fixed working days, with two additional half-days - ideally including a Monday half-day.

St Paul's Prep School, founded in 1881, is the preparatory school for St Paul's. It adjoins St Paul's School, and shares many facilities with the senior school, including the dining hall, sports complex, engineering workshops and playing fields. The schools are fortunate to have an attractive 45-acre site adjacent to the River Thames.
