St Paul's School is a selective Independent Day School for boys aged 13-18, occupying a superb 45-acre site on the south bank of the Thames, west of Hammersmith Bridge. The school excels academically at A level and GCSE, with some of the highest national scores, and values the work beyond the curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Estates and Services teams and ensure buildings, grounds and site services are safe, compliant and well-maintained.
- Manage day-to-day maintenance, planned works, compliance checks and contractor oversight.
- Support the Operations team and deputise for the Head of Estates.
- Drive a positive, customer-focused culture, manage budgets and procurement processes, and ensure health and safety standards are consistently met.
Qualifications / Experience
- Strong technical knowledge and proven estates or facilities management experience.
- Excellent leadership skills and confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional qualifications and education-sector experience are desirable.
Remuneration & Hours
- Salary: Competitive plus benefits
- Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week), with occasional evening/weekend working to meet operational needs. Flexibility required for out-of-hours meetings or site issues.
