This post is central to enabling the ministry of the church, supporting staff, volunteers and the wider community through professional, accurate and confidential financial administration. Working closely with the Finance Manager and Treasurer, you will help ensure the faithful stewardship of church finances while also contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day running of a lively evangelical Anglican church serving Salisbury and beyond.

This role would suit someone with experience in bookkeeping or finance administration who values both precision and people. If you are looking for meaningful work where your skills directly support gospel ministry and community impact, we would love to hear from you!

This role is structured as a 24-hour-per-week position, with time intentionally divided across two core areas of responsibility. Approximately 16 hours per week (typically equivalent to two working days) will be focused on finance-related duties, managed by the Finance Manager and working with the Church Treasurer to support the effective stewardship, administration, and reporting of church finances. The remaining 8 hours per week will be dedicated to supporting the wider operational life of the church, working collaboratively with the Church Office Administrator & PA to the Rector and the Operations Lead to ensure the smooth, well‑organised running of day‑to‑day operations.
