We are seeking an IT Services Technician. The IT Services Technician is the first point of contact for IT support across the school. They provide practical, day-to-day assistance to students and staff, responding to issues raised in person at the IT Office, via telephone, or submitted through the helpdesk. The technician ensures a high standard of user support across devices, software, and services and contributes to smooth-running school operations through prompt, courteous, and effective technical service.
