Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and solutions-focused HR Advisor to join our school's growing HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a varied generalist role and is motivated by the pace and diversity that come with working in a school environment.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with our HR Manager and wider HR team, you will play a key role in delivering a high quality, responsive HR service.
  • Managing a broad caseload across absence and performance management, grievances, disciplinaries and general employee relations matters, you will play an important part in supporting managers.
  • This includes coaching and guiding them through policies and processes to ensure decisions are fair, consistent and in line with relevant legislation and the School's ethos.
