Make things happen for a school that makes girls tomorrow's leaders. St Paul’s Girls School is an extraordinary institution. Whilst we regularly achieve some of the best GCSE and A-level results in the country, we recognise that education is about far more than exams. With fewer rules and no uniform, we actively nurture girls' creativity, curiosity and love of discovery, with an extracurricular programme that builds confidence and enhances communities.

This sense of freedom extends to the people who work for us, so you can expect considerable scope to demonstrate your potential and enhance your skills. Delivering exceptional administrative and organisational support to the High Mistress, you will build productive relationships to turn her priorities into results. Every day will be different as you manage her diary, resolve wide-ranging queries, prepare presentations and reports, minute meetings, arrange travel and events, assist with marketing and promotions, and liaise with parents, governors and professional bodies.

We need you to hit the ground running, so we require an experienced Executive Assistant with a strategic approach to solving problems, plenty of initiative and meticulous attention to detail. You will bring outstanding interpersonal skills, a discreet approach to handling sensitive information and a high level of computer literacy, and you will enjoy taking the initiative and really making your mark. A background within the educational sector would be very useful, but it’s your drive, determination and passion for positive change that will matter most.

In return, you can expect a comprehensive package of rewards, including a pension scheme, private medical insurance after five years service, life assurance, season ticket loan, free access to our extensive leisure facilities, free lunches, free eye tests, an advice and counselling service and a generous reduction on fees for your family.
