The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

This role will come with a class teaching responsibility and the successful candidate will also be part of the school senior leadership team. The successful candidate will:

  • Be an experienced, qualified Inclusion Leader holding the NASENCO award.
  • Be an experienced leader with high expectations for all children.
  • Be a solutions-based thinker with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person with good interpersonal skills and a sense of humour.
  • Be committed to their own professional development.
  • Be supportive of the Christian values of the school; Faith, Hope and Love.
  • Have high expectations for children’s achievement and behaviour.
  • Be self-motivated and enthusiastic; a child-centred determinedly positive person.
  • Have high standards of their environment, presentation and performance.

  • Be fully committed to raising achievement for all pupils.
  • Promote the values of the school through the planned leadership of collective worship.
  • Support the Headteacher in monitoring the appraisal policy, procedures and outcomes for staff in the school.
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day management of staff as agreed with the Headteacher.
  • Work as part of the SLT, Governors and Middle Leaders to work strategically to raise standards.
  • The post holder will also undertake any professional duties of the Headteacher reasonably delegated to the post-holder by the Headteacher.
