37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 38 weeks plus 3 training days per year

Pay range: £36,363 – £38,220 FTE (actual starting salary £31,229, starting September 2026)

We are seeking a committed and inspirational School Chaplain to nurture and develop the Catholic life of our school community. This is a vital role at the heart of the school, supporting the spiritual, moral, and pastoral development of our students and staff. The Chaplain will work closely with senior leaders to promote the school’s Catholic ethos and mission, creating opportunities for prayer, reflection, and faith formation for all members of the community.

The successful candidate must be a practising Catholic. St. Paul’s is a thriving and successful Catholic school with an excellent reputation. Our commitment to excellent teaching and learning can be demonstrated through bespoke CPD opportunities and through the management of a growing and successful training school.
