Learning Support Admin Assistant
We are seeking to employ a Learning Support Admin Assistant to join our Learning Support Department. The role will provide high quality administrative and clerical support to the SENCO and the department. The post holder will maintain record systems, co-ordinate communication, input and compile and produce reports on data, organise and prepare for meetings and any other administrative work within the department. The role will also include welcoming and supporting students who are working within the department.
The role will include the following:
• Updating IEPS and tracking review points.
• Monitoring engagement with IEPs.
• Supporting admin for access arrangements
• Collecting teacher feedback
• Contacting parents
• Collecting and updating Individual Health Plan information
• Ensuring that IHPs are up to date and all medication is in date.
• Drafting medical care plans for approval by the SENCO.
• Drafting responses to governor’s consultations for approval by the SENCO
• Greeting and welcoming students within the department
• Supporting students within the department
• Supporting our attendance team where needed
• Supporting the SENCO and Leader of Inclusion in other administrative tasks.
Grade: 4 (points 5-6)
Hours: Ideally covering the school day (8:30am – 3:00pm) but open for discussion. The role is needed for up to 3 days per week.
