Overview
Rooms Office Coordinator – St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, London NW, United Kingdom. Open to candidates with the latest education/graduate level (GCSE).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and locate work-related information using business applications and systems.
- Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
- Address guests\\\' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
- Speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language.
- Attend and actively participate in all required training sessions including shift briefings. There will be regular knowledge tests to ensure knowledge in a five-star environment.
- Work as a strong and committed team member and colleague, and proactively nurture all relationships.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Be computer-literate in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other business software.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
