The property offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in one of London's most historically curious neighbourhoods as we welcome our guests to Argyle Square. This beautifully unique, cozy, and personalized travel experience features 33 keys, with every room having solid oak flooring, vintage mirrors, Scottish textiles, and many more lovely features.
We are looking for a Room Attendant for this wonderful property, someone who will be fully independent in ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness. The Room Attendant is responsible for guests’ bedrooms and the general upkeep of the hotel’s public areas. The candidate should be methodical and conscientious with an eye for detail, ensuring the rooms are always sparkling clean.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the hotel, including back of house and public areas.
- Working as part of a team to maintain an enjoyable environment.
- Performing all housekeeping duties efficiently and to the highest standards following SOPs.
- Adhering to Health & Safety policies and demonstrating duty of care procedures.
- Completing relevant daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as directed.
- Maintaining high standards of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company dress code.
- Ensuring personal KPIs are achieved.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a hotel.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a cleaner.
- Reliable and dependable in performing duties.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Good team ethos and supportive attitude towards colleagues.
- Ability to use chemicals efficiently and appropriately.
