Hotel Receptionist – 4* Boutique Hotel, Kings Cross

Born in 2019, The Gyle Hotel is a unique residential hotel located in the vibrant borough of Camden. The property offers guests an immersive experience in one of London\’s most historically rich neighborhoods, welcoming visitors to Argyle Square with a cozy, personalized travel experience.

The Gyle features 33 rooms, each with solid oak flooring, vintage mirrors, Scottish textiles, and distinctive features. We are now looking to expand our team and seek an experienced Hotel Receptionist familiar with Rezlynx (PMS system).

The receptionist will work on-site 5 days a week, handling check-ins and check-outs, reservations via calls and emails, and maintaining prompt communication with guests. The role requires someone who is passionate, well-presented, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering 5-star service and an excellent guest journey. Reporting to the Cluster Hotel Manager, the ideal candidate will possess superb organization and communication skills and ensure effective communication within the department.

The Hotel Receptionist will:

1. Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes, maintaining high customer service standards.
2. Be a system superuser, updating guest records and managing room rates effectively.
3. Have comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s services, standards, and products.
4. Be commercially and financially aware.
5. Be flexible with working hours and duties.
6. Maintain accurate guest records with attention to detail.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to create unforgettable experiences.
