Responsibilities
- Assist customers in the shop, providing excellent service and support.
- Act as the link between the Hospice and its supporters and local community.
- Handle retail transactions, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment.
Qualifications
- Previous charity retail experience is not essential.
- Strong customer‑facing skills, people‑focused attitude.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the shop.
- Existing right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check required.
