St Oswald's Hospice in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Registered General Nurse to join the Focus on Living Centre on a part-time 18 hours per week contract. This fixed-term role spans two years and involves Tuesday to Thursday work, delivering high-quality palliative care.
You will contribute to the Virtual/Day Ward and wellbeing programmes, developing care plans and coordinating with community and acute services to support patients living at home or in the hospice setting.
