We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty and delivering exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in a reputable salon environment, providing personalised treatments that meet clients’ individual needs. We may also consider renting the room on a self-employed basis.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and specialised skincare procedures.
- Apply makeup for various occasions, ensuring colour matching and application techniques are flawless.
- Deliver personalised consultations to understand clients’ preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry developments.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise waiting times.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments performed.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain treatment procedures and aftercare advice.
- Demonstrated expertise in makeup application for various skin tones and styles.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Previous experience mentoring or supervising junior staff is desirable but not essential.
- A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is required.
