St. Nicolas CofE Academy seeking to appoint a reliable, proactive and hardworking Site Services Officer to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our school is a safe, secure, clean and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, parents and visitors.
This is a varied and rewarding role requiring excellent practical skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across the school site.

Are you:
- experienced in caretaking, maintenance or site management.
- practical, resourceful and able to undertake minor repairs.
- Have a good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Able to prioritise workloads and work effectively without supervision.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards.
- Is flexible, dependable and committed to supporting the school community.
