We are recruiting a Shop Supervisor for our shop in Newmarket.
As a Shop Supervisor, you will be accountable for your store’s overall performance, maximising sales through both physical and digital channels while achieving agreed store targets. You will lead by example, inspiring an inclusive and diverse team that consistently demonstrates the values of St Nicholas Hospice Care. This is a varied, fast‑paced, and hands‑on role where no two days are the same. Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills are essential, alongside a clear understanding of visual merchandising (VM) standards and compliance expectations. Maintaining high standards across health and safety, operational compliance, and customer experience will be key to success. Due to the high volume of donations and stock movement, the role can be physically demanding at times. However, it is also incredibly rewarding, as every aspect of the role contributes directly to supporting patients and their families through the work of St Nicholas Hospice Care.
