St Nicholas Hospice Care is seeking a People Adviser to join our small HR team and support positive culture, wellbeing, and people development across the organisation.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to retention, engagement and development—while contributing to projects and initiatives.

The role is hybrid (1–2 days home) with travel to our outlets in West Suffolk.
