As our Fundraising Database Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our income generation team—accurately processing donations, maintaining our CRM database (Donorflex), and ensuring every supporter receives a positive and meaningful experience. You’ll work closely with colleagues across fundraising, finance, and marketing, helping to ensure all income is recorded, reconciled, and communicated effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Processing and reconciling donations from multiple income streams
  • Importing and managing data within our CRM system
  • Administering Gift Aid and ensuring compliance
  • Producing personalised supporter communications and thank‑you letters
  • Delivering excellent supporter care and responding to enquiries
  • Supporting volunteers and contributing to wider fundraising administration

About you:

  • Experience working with a CRM system and managing data
  • Strong administrative and data processing skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience in a charity or fundraising environment is desirable but not essential. You’ll be part of a compassionate, collaborative team dedicated to making a real difference in people’s lives, ensuring every supporter feels valued and every donation counts.
