Our services are not just for patients, but for their family and friends too, and include everything from specialist medical care to bereavement support and practical help.

We’re looking for a CRM and Insights Manager to lead our supporter care strategy and maximise income through data-driven insights. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage our CRM system (Donorflex), optimise donor journeys, and ensure compliance with fundraising best practice and data protection regulations.
What you’ll do:
- Use data analysis to shape fundraising strategies and improve supporter experience.
- Manage and develop the Supporter Care team.
- Oversee donation processing, Gift Aid claims, and reporting.
- Drive efficiency and innovation in supporter engagement.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in CRM management and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Advanced Excel and data visualisation expertise.
- Knowledge of fundraising compliance and GDPR.
