We are looking for someone with a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years, ideally trained in Paediatric First Aid, who can work as a keyworker as part of the pre‑school team under the direction of the Early Years lead and/or senior members of staff to provide safe, high‑quality education and care for our youngest children.
Candidate should also:
- Know how to instigate positive interactions and be an active role model of great play to ensure children have an engaging and exciting day.
- Be keen to continue with personal development and access available CPD.
- Have experience of working in a pre‑school.
- Be a positive, friendly and approachable team member with a positive attitude.
- Be creative and flexible in their role.
- Have a passion for working within Early Years.
- Have good knowledge/experience of Early Years.
- Undergo an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) as part of their job role.
