Purpose of the Role: Information is power β but only if people can actually find it. You'll make sure everything on display is current, clear, and feels welcoming rather than overwhelming.
Key Tasks:
- Update daily and weekly boards with the latest schedules, events, and information.
- Ensure wayfinding throughout the Hub is easy to follow and feels friendly.
- Remove outdated materials and keep displays tidy and relevant.
- Coordinate with the Programme Director on upcoming sessions that need promoting in-space.
Skills & Qualities:
- Eye for detail and clear visual communication.
- Tidy, consistent and takes pride in how things look.
- Creative flair is a bonus β but not a requirement.
Time Commitment: 30β60 minutes per day (flexible timing).
