We work directly with people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, offering tailored services to help them find long-term solutions. Through leveraging the voices of our clients and our deep operational expertise, we influence policymakers to enact positive changes. Over the past year, St Mungo’s has supported over 28,000 individuals across 160 services. Our services range from rough sleeping support and emergency housing to skills training, job placements, and assistance in securing permanent homes.
This is a temporary hybrid role based in London with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. As a Supporter Involvement Manager, you will organize and oversee initiatives to engage and support individuals involved with St Mungo's. Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Planning and implementing supporter involvement activities
- Gathering feedback
- Maintaining positive relationships with supporters and donors
- Monitoring project outcomes

Qualifications:
