St Mungo's in Westminster is seeking Outreach Workers to join the Street Outreach service. You will provide rapid response support to people sleeping rough across London, assessing needs and delivering person-centred help in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams.
Working a 37.5-hour week with shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, you will help clients move away from street living and towards stable accommodation and wellbeing. Training and diverse, inclusive culture offered.
