St Mungo’s in London is seeking an Assistant Rent Service Partner to join our Rent Service Team. The role processes Housing Benefit payments from 55 local authorities for up to 4,000 residents and supports rent collection.
You will manage a caseload of up to 750 residents, provide admin support, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely recovery of rent arrears. Hybrid working with two days per week at our Central Office in Farringdon.
