St Monica’s RC High School are currently seeking a Pastoral Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust. It is ‘a welcoming school community’ where there is “a real sense of value placed on each person as based in the image of God.” (CSI Inspection, Feb 2024) and where ‘Staff feel well supported and their workload and well-being have been duly considered.’ (Ofsted, 2024).
