We’re looking for a Transformational Development Lead to drive bold, organisation‑wide change that modernises how we work, strengthens quality and compliance, and builds future‑proofed models of care. Reporting to the Director of Care, you’ll sit at the heart of our strategic agenda. This is a high‑impact role for a confident, credible change leader who thrives on complexity, collaboration and delivery.
Working alongside nursing and care management teams, you will own and lead transformation:
- Translate strategy into clear operational programmes.
- Lead on change across care models, technology and systems, culture and ways of working.
- Champion digital and data led change across care homes and care services.
- Lead the people side of transformation—engagement, capability, resilience and confidence.
- Strengthen quality, compliance and regulatory outcomes through smarter and more efficient processes.
A strategic thinker and hands‑on leader you will bring:
- Significant experience leading transformation or complex change programmes.
- Strong programme and project management skills, with a sharp eye for governance and outcomes.
