St Monica Trust in Sandford-on-Thames is seeking a Part-time Care Assistant to deliver compassionate personal care and support residents' independence and dignity during 21 hours over two nights each week.
You will assist with nutrition, medications, mobility, and daily living, maintain care plans, uphold GDPR, CQC and SMT policies, and work with residents and families to tailor support while building trusted relationships.
