Hospitality Concierge (JR101882) Bristol, England

Salary: GBP12.87 – GBP12.87 per hour + plus enhancements where applicable

Working with your shift partner as a concierge at The Chocolate Quarter you will be responsible for the day to day running of the site. Following our SLA (service level agreement) you will complete a number of daily tasks including waste collection, distributing laundry, litter picking, delivery of incoming mail, receive internal and external calls, transfer calls and take messages. This job role is varied, no day can be the same.

42 hours per week on an 8 week rolling rota, 4 on 4 off. 12 hour shifts 7am – 7pm, two day shifts, two night shifts followed by four rest days.

£12.87 per hour plus enhancement for nights and weekends where applicable.

The role

As a Porter/ Concierge, you will be responsible for buildings and grounds security, providing a safe environment to ensure the safety and security of our residents, staff and visitors. The role also includes support to keep our services running and responding to emergencies and incidents.

Training and development

If you wish to proceed further with us, support and training will be provided to assist you in your role and take on extra responsibilities.
