As part of our continued Early Careers commitment St. Modwen Homes are inviting applications for Apprentice Site Managers and Apprentice Quantity Surveyors for September/ October 2024 start.
If you have a passion to work within House Building, earn and learn in a fast paced environment these roles are for you. Studying for either a L4 apprenticeship in Site Supervision or a L6 degree apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying we are looking for applications in the following geographical locations
Apprentice QS - Bristol and surrounding areas / North Midlands
Apprentice Site Manager - Stoke and Staffordshire / Worcestershire
You must have GCSE level 5 and above in English and Maths to satisfy the qualification criteria and a full driving licence / own car.
