St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new Housing project in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead Construction of the works in accordance with the designs
2. Programming and planning of all works, including site resources such as labour, plant & materials
3. Direct management of St. Modwen site team, plus effective management of sub-contractors
4. Liaise with wide range of internal & external stakeholders to ensure time, quality & cost of build is managed efficiently

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Demonstrable track record of Project Management within residential house-building
2. Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams
3. Excellent technical and practical knowledge, with the ability to resolve important detail
4. Knowledge of Engineering would be an advantage
