Managing Quantity Surveyor Gloucestershire / M5 Corridor St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in the Southern region. The role will be covering sites between Stratford Upon Avon and Weston Super Mare, so someone in the Gloucestershire area, or commutable on the M5 Corridor would be ideal. Job purpose To manage all Commercial aspects of their projects and work with the Design & Delivery Teams to ensure projects are successfully delivered to achieve St. Modwen's strategy and objectives. Key Accountabilities * Accountable for ensuring all activities within your role follow our hierarchy, with ‘Keeping our people safe’ our first priority. Ensure all activities are properly planned and carried out in line with the company’s health and safety policies and procedures.
