Avonmouth, Bristol – BS11 8AZ £25,000 – £28,000 + Benefits + Bonus Our Southern Customer Service team are looking to recruit a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join the team, playing a key role in managing our exemplary Customer Service standards, and assist in the ongoing development and improvement of the department. Responsibilities: Act as first point of contact to answer and deal with all calls and enquiries relating to our developments Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including Maintenance Technicians, Site Managers, Contractors, Managing Agents and the Sales Team Allocate work to the Maintenance Technicians in a timely manner, managing their diaries effectively Delivers consistently high-quality and professional customer service, to internal and external customers by telephone and in written communications Requirements: Extensive telephone-based Customer Service experience, ideally within the Housebuilding / Construction / Property sector Full driving license and own transport required due to office location Fast thinking, customer focussed individual Ability to communicate well, and influence at all levels What We Offer: Starting basic salary of between £25-28k + bonus scheme (10%) 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holiday + Christmas Shutdown Fantastic suite of benefits including Private Healthcare, Private Pension, Life Cover Excellent training and development opportunities
