Contracts Manager West Midlands Excellent Salary + Car / Allowance + Benefits + Bonus St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team, playing a key role in the success of 3-4 sites in the West Midlands. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintaining construction budgets on site without compromise to H&S, quality or customer service. Develop and build strong relationships with key external stakeholders and internal reports Lead a culture of quality to ensure our status as a ‘5 Star Builder’ is maintained Ensure industry best practices are implemented across the team, whilst working with external parties such as the NHBC to create better and safer ways of working REQUIREMENTS: Sufficient experience of Project / Contracts management within the house building industry Strong people management experience, and able to demonstrate leadership Excellent commercial acumen, especially around budgeting & forecasting Exceptional planning, organising and prioritising skills WHAT WE OFFER: Strong basic salary + bonus (to 30%) Company car or car allowance (£7,320 p/a) 25 days annual leave + Christmas shutdown Private medical, pension + much more
