St. Modwen Homes have recently been purchased by Miller Homes, and a vacancy for a Personal Assistant has been created. The PA will work with our Regional Managing Director, ensuring the smooth running of all activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide office and administrative support to the St. Modwen Homes Office
- Support our Regional Managing Director by offering a full PA service including booking travel, diary management, being first point of contact for internal & external enquiries and more
- Support the production of confidential documents and reports and maintaining relevant databases
- Assist with documentation supporting the raising of purchase orders & payments of invoices
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a PA role to Directors and Senior Management Teams
- High degree of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work in the Bristol area
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Basic salary circa £36,525
- Bonus scheme up to 10% of salary
