The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 ÂŁ per year.

Reporting to the Head of UK and ROI, you will be a key role in the commercial and operational management of the area.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Demand Planning
    • Use EPOS and other available sales data to build and report the most accurate forecast per SKU’s on a regular basis (STD & promotion) to St Michel Forecast Team.
    • Continuous communication with the KAM and Planning team to analyze sales and update planning and commercial KPIs accordingly.
    • Attend weekly and monthly meetings with the St Michel supply and forecast teams to follow and improve the level of service to our customers and limit stock wastage.
    • Submit monthly and quarterly reports to St Michel Planning team.
    • Be vigilant and communicate internally about any changes in sales, distribution, and market.
    • Be autonomous and proactive when necessary, to reduce the risk of stock variation (overstock, shortages).
  • Category Management
    • Analyze and share insights on market trends and evolution.
    • Monitor market data, company’s results as well as competitors’ and keep the team informed.
    • Elaborate strategy recommendations based on market and sales data analysis.
    • Compile customers’ strategy information (conference, online, reports…) to reinforce sales proposals.
    • Provide presentations on relevant information for internal and external meetings.
  • General Improvement
    • Identify areas of improvement or savings and make suggestions to resolve it.
    • Communicate issues and dysfunctions as soon as possible, and collaborate to their resolution.
    • Base discussions on relevant information for meetings.

The position is UK based with an office in central London and is to be filled as soon as possible. Travelling within the UK area is to be expected. Driving license required.

You have a higher education qualification in business, with a minimum of 3 years’ significant experience in a retail-related position (head office and/or field). A very good knowledge of the UK market is essential.

You are recognised for your organisational and interpersonal skills, your ability to convince, and your proactivity. You are familiar with Microsoft Pack Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Speaking French would be a plus.
