Reporting to the Head of UK and ROI, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of UK Retail accounts, with whom you will develop and optimize our business in line with the company's sales strategy.
Your main responsibilities:
- You are the privileged customer contact for your portfolio, working closely with our local importer.
- You are responsible for deploying our brands (Bonne Maman, St Michel, St Aubert) and retailer’s own brands in the retail market.
- You negotiate national agreements in line with the company's sales policy.
- You ensure that objectives are met: assortment, promotions, merchandising, volume, sales revenue… and if necessary, propose corrective actions.
- Manage and monitor promotional budgets.
- You draw up brand reviews and define growth levers for your accounts.
- You keep abreast of new trends in our product categories and about the competitive environment.
The position is UK based with an office in Central London and is to be filled ASAP. Working from the office at least once a week is expected. Fixed-term contract of 9 months (maternity leave). Travelling within the UK area is to be expected. Driving license required.
Profile: You have a higher education qualification in business, with a minimum of 3 years’ significant experience in a UK FMCG retail-related position. A very good knowledge of the UK market is essential. You are recognised for your organisational and interpersonal skills, your ability to convince and your proactivity. You are familiar with Microsoft Pack Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Speaking French would be a plus.
