Reporting to the Head of UK and ROI, you will play a key role in the commercial and operational management of the area.
Demand Planning
- Use EPOS and other available sales data to build and report the most accurate forecast per SKU on a regular basis (STD & promotion) to St Michel Forecast Team.
- Continuous communication with the KAM and Planning team to analyse sales and update planning and commercial KPIs accordingly.
- Submit monthly and quarterly reports to St Michel Planning team.
- Be vigilant and communicate internally about any changes in sales, distribution, and market.
- Be autonomous and proactive when necessary, to reduce the risk of stock variation (overstock, shortages).
- Monitor market data, company results, as well as competitors’ and keep the team informed.
- Elaborate strategy recommendations based on market and sales data analysis.
- Compile customers’ strategy information (conference, online, reports) to reinforce sales proposals.
- Communicate issues and dysfunctions as soon as possible, and collaborate to resolve them.
The position is UK based with an office in central London and is to be filled as soon as possible. Travelling within the UK area is to be expected. A driving license is required.
You have a higher education qualification in business, with a minimum of 3 years’ significant experience in a retail-related position (head office and/or field). You are familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Speaking French would be a plus.
