St Michael's Church of England School is seeking an experienced Specialist Learning Support Assistant (SEND) to support pupils across Pre-Prep and Prep. You will work closely with the SENDCo, teachers and the wider team to help pupils access the curriculum and build confidence.
The role involves 1:1, small-group and classroom support, with emphasis on phonics and early literacy. Term-time only, 35 hours/week, 8.15am-3.45pm, at up to £20/hour.
