From luxury spa breaks and beachside apartments to health club memberships, dining and events, marketing at St Michaels spans multiple audiences, products and channels. We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Marketing Executive who combines creativity with strong organisational skills and data-driven thinking. This role is for someone who can move confidently between copywriting, campaign delivery, CRM, analysis and stakeholder management - and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. This is not a role for someone who needs heavy direction. We need someone who can take ownership, challenge constructively, spot opportunities and help turn strategy into results.
The Role
- You’ll support the delivery of the annual marketing plan and drive campaigns across:
- Rooms & stays
- Food & drink
- Self-catering apartments
- Events & experiences
You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns that increase awareness, direct bookings, revenue and guest engagement.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of multi-channel campaigns
- Manage campaign timelines and ensure delivery across channels
- Execute activity aligned with occupancy, revenue and commercial goals
- Monitor performance and recommend optimisations
- CRM & Email Marketing
- Build and schedule segmented CRM campaigns
- Improve database engagement, retention and repeat bookings
- Develop automated journeys and personalised comms
- Copywriting & Content
- Write high-performing copy across website, emails, social media, paid campaigns, landing pages and PR opportunities
- Adapt tone across different areas of the business whilst maintaining brand consistency
- Proofread all marketing output to a high standard
- Website & SEO
- Apply SEO best practice across copy and content
- Work with agencies on technical improvements and performance
- Identify opportunities to increase direct bookings and organic visibility
- Reporting & Commercial Analysis
- Track campaign performance and report on: conversion, revenue impact, engagement, ROI
- Use insight to improve future campaigns
- Be comfortable interpreting data and turning it into actions
- Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships across departments including Spa, F&B, Health Club, Revenue and Sales
- Coordinate projects with agencies and partners
- Work collaboratively whilst confidently challenging where needed
- Brand & Creative
- Maintain strong brand standards and follow guidelines
- Support photoshoots and content creation
- Help evolve creative direction across campaigns and channels
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Strong copywriting skills across multiple formats
- Commercial awareness and confidence interpreting data
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience using marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with design, and content creation platforms (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
- Hospitality, travel or wellness experience
- SEO knowledge
