St Michaels is one of the leading resorts in the South West and has the ambition to be the very best. In the past couple of years, we have been voted Best UK Spa Hotel (AA), Large Hotel of the Year (Cornwall Tourism Awards), and Best Hotel in South West (Trenchermans). We also have the largest health club in Cornwall and one of the UK's top spas. This must be one of the most exciting marketing opportunities in the South West, building a real destination brand. We need an experienced brand and digital marketeer to lead our Marketing, Sales, and Revenue management function and join a small Board to drive the growth of St Michaels for the future.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership - represent marketing at board level and lead the development and delivery of the resort's long-term vision, brand identity, and market positioning.
- Shape and implement strategies to drive occupancy, revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
- Spearhead the development of our product and value proposition across all of our businesses - leisure breaks, apartments, spa, health club.
