You will provide compassionate care and support to patients and families, primarily through home visits and telephone advice, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient-centred care.
Experience in palliative care is desirable but not essential. DBS checks are required, and you will be supported by an Education Department and a friendly, team-oriented environment.
