St Michaels Hospice in Hereford is recruiting two Palliative Care Support Workers to join our IPU team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. One role is 37.5 hours per week and the other 24 hours per week, with shifts rotating across days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
You will work in a large multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, individualised palliative care and supporting the nursing staff. The role requires excellent communication and the ability to build supportive relationships
