St Michael’s Hospice in Hereford may be operating within a relatively small county. However, we have big ambitions as we are determined to reach even more patients and families in the coming years. As an Income Generation and Marketing Team, we’ve already delivered some incredible projects over the last few years, like our £400k in 40-hour campaign and the opening of the largest Midlands Superstore and Donation Centre, but we’re not stopping there! To keep pace with rising costs and the increasing demand for our care and support, we’re on a mission to find new income generating opportunities. We want to be the leaders, not the followers and we are ready to take on new commercial opportunities to further our income and patient care. To do this we will be bold and creative in our approach to raising funds for our incredible charity and have some exciting projects on the horizon.
So, if you are a highly driven and awesome project manager with a passion for building great relationships, ready to share our team values of courage, determination and passion, we’d love to hear from you. If trust, kindness and doing the right thing are important to you then you will fit in well, as these are some of the things we won’t compromise on. This important role will be working directly with the Director and other Heads of Department roles, so although it will be fast paced, you will get plenty of support, encouragement and access to knowledge we’re keen to share. In return we are looking for someone who excels in great communication, isn’t afraid of new technology or systems and would move mountains to ensure a project is delivered to an exceptional standard.
This is a 37.5 hour contract. A full driving licence is essential and the ability to work occasionally at weekends or evenings to fulfil a project. In return we offer a competitive salary (spinal bands £49,353 to £53,494) with annual leave of 30 days plus bank holidays.
