We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and to play a central role in maintaining and enhancing effective governance processes across the organisation.
About St Michael's Hospice: St Michaels Hospice supports and enables the community of Hastings and Rother to live well with dying, death and loss. Our services are provided via in-patient beds and at home and we also offer wellbeing support, both out-patient and virtual. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- Maintain and enhance governance processes across the organisation.
- Provide project administration support and coordinate governance frameworks.
- Manage internal and external communications, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Use MS Office tools, including SharePoint, to produce reports and presentations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Significant experience as a PA or Executive Assistant.
- Strong project administration skills.
- Background in governance frameworks.
- Excellent MS Office skills, including SharePoint.
- Exceptional organisational skills and proactive teamwork.
