We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and to play a central role in maintaining and enhancing effective governance processes across the organisation.

St Michael's Hospice supports and enables the community of Hastings and Rother to live well with dying, death and loss. Our services are provided via in-patient beds and at home and we also offer wellbeing support, both out-patient and virtual. Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO with day‐to‐day administrative tasks.
- Maintain and enhance governance processes across the organisation.
- Provide project administration support and coordinate governance frameworks.
- Manage internal and external communications, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Use MS Office tools, including SharePoint, to produce reports and presentations.
Essential Qualifications
- Significant experience as a PA or Executive Assistant.
- Strong project administration skills.
- Background in governance frameworks.
- Excellent MS Office skills, including SharePoint.
- Exceptional organisational skills and proactive teamwork.
