St Michaels Hospice in Hastings & Rother seeks a full-time Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our integrated community nursing team. You will provide compassionate palliative care and support to patients in their homes, working within a patient-centered, interdisciplinary team that values communication and dignity at every step.
The role requires NMC registration; prior palliative care experience is desirable but transferable nursing experience is acceptable.
