We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and to play a central role in maintaining and enhancing effective governance processes across the organisation.

About St Michael's Hospice: St Michael's Hospice supports and enables the community of Hastings and Rother to live well with dying, death and loss. Our services are provided via in-patient beds and at home and we also offer wellbeing support, both out-patient and virtual. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the CEO with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and enhance governance processes across the organisation.
  • Provide project administration support and coordinate governance frameworks.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Use MS Office tools, including SharePoint, to produce reports and presentations.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Significant experience as a PA or Executive Assistant.
  • Strong project administration skills.
  • Background in governance frameworks.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including SharePoint.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and proactive teamwork.
