At St Michaels Hospice, we are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients and their families. This is an exciting opportunity to join our integrated community nursing team and be part of our evolving community model, providing advice and support to patients in their own homes. Full‑time hours are available for a permanent CNS post.

Main duties of the job:

You will join a supportive, patient‑focused team dedicated to making a meaningful difference for the people of Hastings whether you are cared for or supported by us, employed by us, volunteer for us, or support us in any way.
